Supported Living (Adults)
Safe Living Care Services Ltd’s Supported Living provision is built for adults (18+) with a range of support needs, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and those who benefit from consistent routines and a stable support network. We focus on strengths, skills and confidence — helping service users progress towards greater choice and control in everyday life.
For individuals transitioning from hospital or residential settings, we provide structured support that helps make the move safer and more successful. This includes building positive routines, encouraging independence, and supporting community engagement where appropriate.
Person-centred support planning
Every service user receives a bespoke support plan tailored around their needs. We work through structured, person-centred planning, focusing on outcomes that matter to the individual — from daily living skills and routines to longer-term independence goals.
What Supported Living can include
- Support to develop daily living skills and stable routines
- Practical guidance with appointments, budgeting, and community activities
- Support to access information on housing options, care plans and local services
- Encouragement to work toward personal goals, independence and wellbeing
- Day-to-day support that adapts as needs change
Live-in Care (24 Hour Care)
Live-in care provides around-the-clock support in the comfort of your own home. We aim to support service users to live as independently as possible, express their views, and make choices and decisions about their day-to-day life.
Safe Living Care Services ensures employees providing a live-in service deliver safe, reliable care informed by best-practice principles. Carers are trained, competent, supervised and carefully matched to meet the service user’s needs, wishes and expectations.
